Haulage Terms & Conditions for Pallet Drops

DELIVERY INFORMATION – FOR IRELAND DELIVERIES PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE ON 028 867 62103

All of our products are delivered by road freight (curtain side lorry) and set off at the most accessible location by Tailgate and Pallet truck. Open access will be required to facilitate the lorry. Please ensure your delivery location has;-

– Level area with no sharp inclines/declines.

– No Grass/Gravelled areas as pallets cannot be moved.

– Open access for Curtain sided Lorries.

Customers are purchasing the goods in the knowledge that all of the above terms are acceptable for delivery. In the case of restricted access the pallet will be set off at the most accessible spot to the driver. Rejection of pallet at time of delivery must be settled between customer & haulier.

We always endeavour to take into consideration everyone’s delivery needs.

Always leave a clear address and contact telephone number so we can book our delivery. Haulage dispatch will call to book delivery, so please ensure that you are available to receive calls with regards to the delivery. If dispatch are unable to reach you, the pallet will be held at a localised depot until a new delivery can be arranged.

Always allow up to 4 working days for delivery of goods.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, add products to your shopping cart and checkout and pay using one of our trusted payment providers (Realex Payments or PayPal)
Our secure trusted payment providers accept all major credit and debit card payments via our website.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

CANCELLATION
You can cancel an order prior to the loading of your order onto our delivery vehicle and obtain a full refund of any pre-payment. Our terms
and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery will be by road haulier within Northern/Southern Ireland/England (roadside delivery only). For overseas orders, please email to request a quotation.
Delivery is made by a lorry with tail gate. The pallet is transported on a pump pallet truck from the roadside to your driveway entrance. Due to the weight of the pallet they cannot be moved on gravel drives etc .- only on hard firm surfaces. Pallets over 1 ton weight and Railway Sleepers must be removed by
mechanical means as supplied by the customer.

The driver is not responsible for handling the bags so please ensure that you have the labour available to do so.
If you can only be reached by sharp bends, narrow driveways etc. you must inform Kosy King when ordering, as alternative arrangements may need to be made.

If the driver is unable to gain access to your property or site, then your crate(s) will be returned to the nearest depot where you will have to make other
arrangements at your expense. Or by agreement set off at the nearest point of access to your property/site.

Delivery Schedule
We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 4 working days. The haulier will contact you to book in a delivery within 48 hours of purchase. For overseas orders to other countries, please email to request a quotation.

Please Note: Delivery time may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. bad weather).

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For all orders 5% VAT is included.

Credit Card Security Secure payment provided by our payment providers – Realex Payments and Paypal (depending upon who you choose at checkout)

Product

Coal is a natural product and in turn may vary in size, colour and in some cases quality. For this reason a FIRE GUARD / SPARK GUARD must be used at all times to guarantee safety.

We will only accept returns when;-
1. Items are faulty or not fit for sale through the fault of Kosy King.
2. Goods are not received.
Goods that are accepted under our T&C’s will be done so on the terms of Credit Note.
